Update: I am thoroughly impressed with the CRC property team after I left my initial response. They left a comment for me to reach out, which I did. I worked with the CRC head of the QH property to go through my situation. He was very considerate and said he would look into the matter (and he did). We were able to come up with an amicable solution in the end. You don't expect that sort of empathy and caring from property management, and I'm very grateful to CRC for it. Notice how they don't tell you who owns or manages this company? The reason is they don't respond. Don't rent anything from this crowd. They take your money then cut back services with no customer service. This place needs to be investigated.

Months ago, I had contacted this company through email asking to set an appointment to visit one of their apartments, with no response. Months later, I called the company to view this same apartment complex and was told that there was an apartment available to view and that someone would do a walk-through with me the next day. I arrive to the apartment complex on time-and no one is there.
