This place will actually make you feel worse. Using their text line is either a bot or they follow a very generic script. They do not listen, care or provide any help
Place is not open to all, they will turn you away if you don't have the right insurance, the right Medicaid setup. This is the only mental health crisis center that bills itself as a walk in for the community but turn people away in the middle of an mental health crisis. I live a mile away from this place but was told I had to drive all the way to wheatridge instead. Which is half way across the city. They need to be honest that they are NOT a crisis center for the whole community but only for certain insurance. Also the few... read more
I don't know if this is 24 hours or not (I always thought it was), but I went there during the day, so I guess I have no way of actually knowing. I was on my way to work one day and decided I was either going to kill myself or drive to this place, so went here instead. They asked me to fill out some paperwork and got me in to speak with a counselor in a reasonable amount of time. They offered to let me stay if I feel like I needed to but we were able to create a safety plan with my family watching over me instead. I was not ... read more
