Redundant, irritating automated phone lines that provokes irritation. keeping you from a human. When you finally speak with a human, they clearly are incompetent, and give you FALSE INFO TO MAKE THEIR JOB EASIER. Additionally I was LIED to by staff. Very sad. Had to fight for over 3 hours making numerous phone calls to my insurance and CRA, back to insurance over and over.
