Scheduling an appointment is EXTREMELY difficult. The people answering the phones need better training.
Scheduled an appointment for my child SPECIFICALLY requesting a play therapist, specifying therapists by name my MFT sister and I researched fitting our needs. I was informed the therapists are only via telehealth and I agreed after informing the intake receptionist I ONLY wanted a therapist in my area, in my ‘neighborhood’ as I wanted in person as soon as it was available.
