It has been very easy to schedule appointments and my therapist is great!
Had to change providers and the new provider is good. But their front desk person who i spoke to yesterday is horrible. I genuinely dont understand how someone like her with zero compassion to patients can work in Healthcare, especially in mental health facility. Having employee of mental health clinic worsen my mental health is definitely an experience. Horrible experience though. I do like the clinician, but after THAT, im considering looking for another place
I have had the same doctor now for six months approximately and I feel he is a very good fit for me and I think that being able to do the appointment via Zoom is very helpful to me. I don’t have to go anywhere and my prescriptions get sent straight to my pharmacy and they get filled without me having to go to some office. It’s all done on Zoom and to even start up was done via the Internet. It’s just all around a great very functional. They are useful. Mindpath Health is great.
Dr. Erika Pizzaro and her team at Mindpath Health in San Mateo were compassionate, knowledgeable and very accommodating about my healthcare needs. I am grateful that I got connected with a physician who listened to me and have me participate in my treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Pizzaro and team for your outstanding work!
