Do not call here. I called here after being referred by my daughters pediatrician, my daughter was in pcit therapy and discharged from a different location, she has early signs of adhd and extreme sensory issues and sensory processing disorder. I was referred to this facility by my UPMC primary care physician. I called and within my first sentence was attacked by their office manager that answered the phone. I had only been able to say that I was calling upon referral from our primary care physician for care formy son to review psychiatric services before I was aggressively cut off and told that they they do not offer psychiatric services and do not even have a psychiatrist. Very bad service do not take your kids there, was threatened by Tina in the office that if my daughter who in fact has ASD and ODD acted up or had a fit the dr does not tolerate and she won’t be seen, that is crazy,. The woman in the office is super rude and had me worked up, she has NO EMPATHY for anyone, and she thinks that she is always right and threatens to tape you. I wouldn’t go there. To start off find a different provider. The wait to see the doctor is crazy. He's usually running 30 plus minutes behind. The doctor does not spend much time with you what so ever. He don't listen to the problems going on and if he does all he can refer to is give him to cut or a placement home. Refuses to see video of the clients actions. The longest ive been in his office with my son was maybe 8 minutes tops.
