Our hot water heater went out tonight. When I called Jerry at 4:30pm he said he would come out and within 5 minutes he was on his way. He confirmed it needed to be replaced, he went and picked up a new heater and had us back up and running within a few hours! He was very professional and im SOO grateful we don't have to go without hot water! He also didn't charge us any outrageous "after hours fees", his prices were actually less than we anticipated paying. 10/10 Definitely Recommend!
Jerry has saved me twice this last few months. First with a clogged drain at home. He was quick, kept his work space clean and stayed until the drain was clear. He even called a few days later to make sure the drain was flowing properly. The second was at my store and fixing a toilet that was rocking. Again called and checked to make sure everything was up to standards and working smoothly. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. I sure do appreciate him!
