Extremely kind staff from check in to check out. MD was running late due to taking care of a case but was EXTREMELY sorry. I totally understand and appreciate that the doctor would spend that much time with me, if needed. Once again-A+ treatment and care.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wei and the entire radiation team. The effects of radiation therapy were somewhat unpleasant, however, the entire staff was caring, highly professional and made the appointments as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Community Cancer Center for cancer treatment.
It was clear that Dr. Jack Wei spent a lot of time studying my past records, researching my rare disease, and consulting with other experts and providers. I am most impressed that he listened to my concerns and priorities, and on my next visit, he explained how the treatment plan we negotiated together would minimize potential adverse effects and and help me meet my care goals.
