I was concerned about some health problems so I gave them a call to schedule the earliest appointment. I was getting talked over and brushed off once I told I wasn’t sure about which plan I had for my Insurance but I have Insurance and has been to the location before. I then got put on hold someone picked up stated their name and I stated my reasoning for calling and the person hung up in my face.
Dr. Henderzahs and his team were amazing from the beginning of my pregnancy to delivery! This was my 3rd pregnancy and by far the best healthcare team I’ve had and the best birthing experience! Dr H is very tentative, you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients, I would recommend him to everyone!
Hated being told by Dr Wagner that I should reconsider getting sterilized at 27.
Truly the best care, very kind and caring. Talked you through everything, made this very stressful and anxiety-filling experience a total breeze and filled with laughs.
Front office personnel are terrible! Not friendly at all and really should let go! No empathy or care it’s really sad. My doctor is amazing but the office staff are incompetent to say the least. Do better @communitynorth do better!
