Hated being told by Dr Wagner that I should reconsider getting sterilized at 27.
Truly the best care, very kind and caring. Talked you through everything, made this very stressful and anxiety-filling experience a total breeze and filled with laughs.
Front office personnel are terrible! Not friendly at all and really should let go! No empathy or care it’s really sad. My doctor is amazing but the office staff are incompetent to say the least. Do better @communitynorth do better!
I had an absolutely terrible experience here for the birth of my first child back in January. Every part of my birth was handled poorly from start to finish. My wishes were not respected and I was not treated with kindness or respect from most staff members I interacted with. The worst offender however was Dr. Hannah Locke. She refused to perform a c section I requested multiple times and my son was diagnosed with a brain injury from hypoxia. He spent nearly two weeks in the NICU.
