This place has shady billing practices. They tack on office visits with your physical to try to get more money out of you. I went for a physical, saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. I didn't ask the doctor a single question or bring up anything, just wanted the physical to check off a box for work. They still charged a completely unwarranted office visit to my insurance as well as the physical. This is the 3rd time they have done this to me and my husband. If you go here, make sure you're checking your bills carefully.
Never had issues with customer service before here but I was just on the phone with a lady to schedule an appointment and she kinda came off annoyed when I was asking for clarification because she was kinda mumbling over the phone I couldn’t clearly hear her. Once I got the clarification I said thank you she just mumbled and hung up not a big deal but made me feel like I was being annoying and that in my opinion doesn’t feel professional when it’s not my fault I could barely understand her because of her muffling over the ph... read more
