Never had issues with customer service before here but I was just on the phone with a lady to schedule an appointment and she kinda came off annoyed when I was asking for clarification because she was kinda mumbling over the phone I couldn’t clearly hear her. Once I got the clarification I said thank you she just mumbled and hung up not a big deal but made me feel like I was being annoying and that in my opinion doesn’t feel professional when it’s not my fault I could barely understand her because of her muffling over the ph... read more
Great doctor's and nurses.
Love dr. Koffman very good but I have multiple health problems. What dr. Schedule a MRI and don’t have a return visit after the MRI. a nurse called and said back is fine see you in August this is march I am going to have to wait until August in very bad pain. No one cares. I am going to have to find another doctor. I been trying to tell my brain that my back is not hurt but my back don’t agree with the nurse and mri and my brain. Very sad to do people that way.
