I tried one Dr. they talked at me so fast. Apparently knew what I needed without my input. The receptionist persuaded me to switch Dr because it was hard to book availability. My current Dr is good at pretending to be a good listener, but doesn’t care about what I’m saying. Mind is made up and no is the doctors favorite answer. Brought parents for follow up appt and as i waited in the lobby i consistently heard the front desk ladies complaining after speaking with patients on the phone. Then the mail man cldnt take a return package so they said not so nice things about him after he left all bc he followed policy, i work for usps so i knew he was correct. Elderly Neglect ! For 3 weeks I (Marilyn) have been trying to help two 80 years old elderly couple get a BMV Disability Placard. Dr Ebini said "first you fill out the application & sign it, then bring it back so I can fill out the medical section". (Sept 25, 2024 Wed) I returned the BMV Disability Placard Form to the front desk. The secretary said it'll be ready in 3 to 5 days.
