great doctor and friendly staffs
The NP was great and explained things very well, however the office staff didn’t ask my kid to sign the electronic documents giving me access to his records (even though he signed the form at 14yo). Now I’ve had to make several calls, wait on hold, and do extra work bc the office can’t do their job correctly. And I can’t see his labs/meds. The office should post a sign in the waiting room about the teens needing to sign the form since their office staff can’t remember to do their job.
