This pharmacy runs in a kinda old-fashioned style, but that’s what I love about it. You won’t get automatic refills or online services necessarily but I got a personalized text reminding me that my order needed to be refilled. It saved me from an interruption in my medication and helped me more than the prescribing doctor!! They’re open honest and accepting.
Do not use this pharmacy! They have no automatic refill service, their phone system does not work, the manager, "Sheng", is defensive and makes no apologies for THEIR mistakes, and is drastically less convenient than MOST other pharmacies (such as Capitol Drugs, just down the block). Support your local business like Capitol Drugs and NOT this corporate nightmare who don't listen, don't document, and most of all, don't care. Pathetic.
I have been using this pharmacy for about 2 years, & I have honestly been blown away by the care & kindness I have received here. This is, by far, the best service I have ever received at any pharmacy! Thank you so much to this team for their unique gift, I have never felt so seen by a business (caring for hundred & hundreds of people!). Being chronically ill is not an easy experience; the medical industry rarely makes it any easier, but this pharmacy is an outlier. Truly the best of the best people!
Unprofessional level of service from supposed "pharmacist" Nehal. How can you go to Pharmacy school and be ill-prepared when speaking to patients? Nehal needs an attitude check; if you don't want to take calls at a pharmacy go find something else.
I like this place they are very trustworthy. Great customer service and very honest. Atmosphere is not a big deal. It's a pharmacy, then not going to give you a coffee and a donut. It's just like any other place.
