Vets and techs are very caring and compassionate people. I love Cindy, she is a very sweet person and will do anything for you. Just ignore people that take their problems out on everyone else. It is a walk-in clinic, so yes you have to wait, which I don't mind because they get good care and nice vets and techs to take care of the furbabies.
Get rid of Cindy, and the place would be wonderful, just lost my business, which I have been coming there for 10 plus years, She is rude not in a position she should be in, no feelings makes everyone including the pets miserable!
We have been going since 2008, we love Dr. Baddley and Dr. Taylor, and we also live about 1 hour away and would not think about going to anyone else.
I have been taking my animals to this clinic for over 20 years I have never once had a bad experience with the staff the vets or the wait time and their rates beat any other clinic in the Tri-State area. I will never go to any other place for medical care of my pups.
