We love this place, Dr Baddley is a very good veterinarian, he's very good with our animals, and explains everything in detail to us. He's a great guy, and a really great Doctor. The staff are also very caring and do their best to make our time then go as smoothly as possible. The cost of their services are very reasonable, and well worth the money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!
They use to be closed from 12-2 for lunch which is ridiculous enough. People are still signing in so the wait is even longer. Now this place has decided their lunch is from 12-2:45. I got there today at 2, not knowing their stupid new hours. There were several people waiting and it was going to be 2-3 hours before they would be seen! Taking my pets to a vet where I can make an appointment, don't care that it's more expensive
I have mixed feelings about this vet. My family has gone here for years. Wait times are excessive, phones are always busy, and there is one lady up front that is super rude (I can't remember her name). I do love Kathy though. They took great care of my dog when she broke her leg. But the groomers shaved my long haired Persian when specifically asked not to cut his fur all bc of how they wrote it on his papers. We've been taking our dogs there for over 17 years and we have nothing but good to say about them. They love animals and take very good care of your pets. They are very reasonably priced. I would like a handicapped entrance at the front but other than that, it's wonderful.
I have been going there for so many years. I have seen doctors come and go and Dr Kelly and Mrs. Dr Kelly were always so kind Mrs Kelly was on the phone one night with me for the amazing births of my poodles years ago. I have lost all them and 3 years into a new set of two healthy beautiful poodles now. The staff ,Dr. Badley have always been great with my dogs. I'm glad to call them not only my vet but my friends. Thank all for all you do for my babies.
