yesterday my grandmother took my daughter's dog there and y'all got my daughter's card information and then someone used it to order food to your hospital we have been coming there for years we will not be back due to people stealing from our card please find out who this was so we will be able to come back
Thanks so much for treating my sick fur baby. He is on his December years and they helped him to feel so much better when he came down with a bacterial infection. I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of my Salty dog They are truly a gem . Salty is perky . He got better after the medication he was given! I am ecstatic at his recovery. They consider your babies like family
Do not go to Community Pet Hospital on Summer. They have failed me in just about every way. Save yourself the wasted time and money. They do not tell you everything you need to know to ensure your pets safety, they are not open when you need them, and they don’t have vets available even when they are open. They are extremely overcrowded and understaffed and have disappointed me at every step and cost me hundreds of extra dollars along the way.
They know me when I call and know my dogs by name. They cared for my Rocky in his last months in a very caring and compassionate way, truly trying to figure out what was happening with him. They were there for me in a way that I have not seen before at other vets when having to put my dog-child to sleep. I now take my other two dogs to Community Pet Hospital. You may have to wait a little, depending on the number of people there, but it will be worth it!
They are always busy, but that’s a true testament of how many families trust them with their pets. It’s worth the wait to know that your pet is getting the best care possible.
My good friends took such great care of my puppy. He wasn’t feeling good since yesterday afternoon. We took him to an emergency clinic and it was a joke. Then we took him to Dr. badly this morning and as soon as we got him back he felt a million times better. Thank to all the ladies upfront & Holly for coming to check on him while we waited to be seen. I’m so glad we were in Memphis so we could go to community pet.
