I called on monday to schedule our last 6 week treatment. He was unprofessional saying we had our last one. Then said he was joking. On our appointment scheduled at 10:00 am he comes 15 min early and leaves because we did not come fast to the door with 15 min on our side with two children. Leaves and we have to argue with his girlfriend and him to come back and do what he advertises. Came and 5 min later left. We didnt get a resolution if the guarentee cld be solidified. This place only gets any star because you have to in order to comment. Terrible experience with this so called company! Gary has the worst attitude ever! Poor customer service skills and if you talk to him long enough, he will contradict everything that's written in his barely legible contract! He takes your asking questions as if you're "checking" up on him, which I found out the hard way that you need to! Stay away from this place. If you're looking to utilize services within your community as I was, look elsewhere!

I am not satisfied with this so called company at all. I paid this man over $600.00 to remove bed bugs and roaches, I still have both of them and he refuses to come back out unless I pay him $600.00 again, Please Do Not Utilize this man for any type of services. The Solution he uses has to be watered down therefore his services is useless. I am a homeowner with rental property so I paid Gary to do the entire house with no results, I am loosing a long time tenant because of the pest problems that I paid Gary to handle, he say... read more

I'm not happy with this company. I feel they really shady. The guy barely spray my house. Never on time. Humble customer service. I don't believe its a real company. Because i'm still getting bit. In all he can say is it's all in my head. He came with a spray bottle to my house. Lol I will tell any in everyone DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY keep your 500 dollars.

You don't want to have to hire an exterminator, but when you do, you want to call Community Pest Control. They have the best prices (Gary, the owner, will tell you to shop around, he knows you will come back) and he guaranties the work. The big places charging over double won't do that! Gary is very responsive to your needs and will make sure you know what is going on and that any problems are taken care of.

your work is fabulous, and by far the best in the area. only draw back is that you fail to provide the people who hire you a Certificate of Liability Insurance. we've been trying for 12 days to get a copy with no luck.

Highly recommended!! Very professional and worth every penny! Gary is the owner and comes out himself to make sure the job is done right the first time! He keeps it real with u and works with u on his fees!! Not over priced like those other places!
