My boyfriends daughter had an appointment today. We arrived about 30 minutes early, which we figured would happen but thought better to be early than late. I have never been so appalled at the behavior of the nurse or receptionist whoever answered the door. The sign on the door said closed 12-1 for lunch. It was 105, door was locked, but we could hear people in there, so we knocked.
