Useless organization. Work order that would take less than a day take months of calling and calling to get done in a half ass manner. John is a pathological lier who will say anything to prospective tennents just to get a lease signed. Easily the lazest, least organized, poorly implemented organization I have ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. I have to get the courts involved just to get heat in my apartment and leaks fixed. DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE ***HOLES YOU WILL REGRET IT.
