Do NOT recommend Dr. J. Kelly. I am a retired US Army SGT and had trouble at check in cause the clerk, Amber, didn't even bother to ensure my insurance, Tricare east, was accepted there first when she scheduled the appt for me. She was rude and didn't want to listen to me and argued with me making me look like some uninsured poor person jerk and I'm just a retired soldier in pain from 30 surgeries with NO hope for any relief ever.
