I worked for Community Options for almost 1 year, the manager Louise Blackmore is the worst person to work for. She talks about her staff in bad ways to other staff, clients get away with whatever they want they have no rules set in stone for them. And a majority of the staff call in or show up late and when ever they want to. The absolute worst place to work!!!!!!! The dayhab supervisor Coral Grimes, likes to start rumors about other staff behind their backs.
