I love all the staff including Ms.kaitlyn Watson and our secretary dawn wood they both are truly God sent angels and so is Mercedes
I cannot speak to being in the program, but am a resident that has had the experience of living next to one of the units being occupied by 2 residents of this program. My main complaint is the lack of professionalism & consideration by the hourly staff in this program. I have had the unfortunate experience of being talked to rudely by 2 different staff members when I spoke to them directly about noise levels.
