Just called about changing my appointment and the young woman who answered the phone was very rude and she hung up in my ear. I was going to say thank you but she hung up quickly. Train re-train and train again.
Great services and care, wonderfully patient front desk staff and terrific help via their phone team! (Thanks, Steven, for helping me manage requesting a provider letter with medical codes to get the new COVID shot via CVS with all the new Trump 2.0/RFK rules!) Been going for years — also happy to support a clinic that provides so much assistance throughout the community!
I Love The Doctors and The Nurses
I have been going to Community of Hope for years, I have been to all three sites SW, NE and this one, This site is the best of all three! This review is way over due! Dr. Cleopatra McGovern is phenomenal. I love her. She is a great family doctor. Everytime I need anything, she makes it happen. She goes above and beyond! She is a very nice doctor, she never has an attitude , she listen to me and answer any questions that I may have, she does a fantastic job with my health needs. I want her to be my doctor forever. Okay so today I go to the dentist the dentist just did my exam. That went well so I get back to the front it was this lady holding up the line talking the reception toooo death. I was just trying to get a note for my job
