While I have enjoyed the care I have received at COH, especially by Dr. McGovern, the scheduling process is such a barrier to care. They only book 5 days out for their appointments and that includes the weekends. I have unfortunately decided to switch my care because I can’t even schedule a follow up appointment to be seen after an emergency room visit due to the slots filling up as soon as they open. I’ve always had a great experience here with my doctor. The staff is kind and attentive, and it is easy to schedule appointments.

The scheduling team makes coming here unnecessarily difficult. I was asked to schedule a virtual appointment and told a link would be sent to me. Shortly before the appointment I still had not received a link. I called them and was told the appointment was not set up correctly and I would need to reschedule. The next day I got a call about their no show policy. I’m sure a no show fee is on the way, which will require more hours of my life to fix this problem. Just called about changing my appointment and the young woman who answered the phone was very rude and she hung up in my ear. I was going to say thank you but she hung up quickly. Train re-train and train again.

Great services and care, wonderfully patient front desk staff and terrific help via their phone team! (Thanks, Steven, for helping me manage requesting a provider letter with medical codes to get the new COVID shot via CVS with all the new Trump 2.0/RFK rules!)
