The Hand therapist wrote things down in my chart that was a lie. Constantly canceling appointments and not very friendly or professional
This place really needs to get their act together. They have no answers for anyone on anything about what's going on. They claim they're just behind, so clearly someone isn't doing their job effectively as a scheduler or practitioner. Yes, there are two departments with the med check and occupational health, but when you're required to make an appointment, take the time off, arrive 15 minutes early, and still have to wait over AN HOUR for your appointment for a pre-employment physical it is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
