We closed on my moms refinance with Zachary Hatley at Community National Title and we really enjoyed the experience. He kept the communication clear and consistent the whole way through, and any time something came up, he handled it quickly and professionally.
Absolutely the worst experience i ever had with a transaction. Started off with being treated rudely, spoken to in a condescending manner by Evelyn, she actuallylaughed when discussing my wife who had recently passed. I provided them all the information they requested, now after one extension they are asking for all the same information i previously provided. I was willing to overlook all that in order to complete the sale of my house until Zachary couldn't be bothered to keep an appointment he made. Let alone return any of ... read more
