The male receptionist on level 1 needs to be replaced. To greet people with mental health problems in such a degrading mannerisms is significantly detrimental! Not only was he asleep when I came to the front at 1pm, he didn’t even bother help direct me instead told me to google or call “them” why would you put someone who lacks so much empathy as the face of a community mental health organisation.
I have found the Mental Health Team at this practice to be helpful. I have been attending their clinic for over 10 years and believe they can be therapeutic and of benefit, to anyone suffering a mental health illness. The clinic is not part of the Main Building at RNSH.
Save yourself the wasted time and effort. They don't listen, or demonstrate either care or compassion.
