My daughter's doctor, Dr. Jameson, is beyond fantastic. This review is specifically for the front office staff. They are dismissive and rude. When I called to schedule my appointment, the administrator kept cutting me off, letting me get 1 to 3 words out before interjecting. I finally gave up trying to speak. Please address this with your staff. This appears to be an ongoing concern with multiple patrons. Don't ask for the reason for the visit and then not listen. I called 5 times in the AM and my calls never get through. Why would you said your open at 8am and dont answer calls. Terrible service!!!
Definitely not happy with this place . Front office is really rude
I'm not sure why this is not better reviewed because I would not take my kids to another pediatrician's office. Dr Young has been the best doctor to us but we like to see any doctor in the practice if he is not available. Dr Young is kind, warm and takes his time with his patients. If the reviews are low it could be because sometimes it takes a while to get a person to answer the phone, especially on Mondays.
