I switched my PCP from there ever since they let go of the MA for Dr Chapa I believe her name was Amanda. She was always nice and very kind to my daughters but yet keep ones there that are not even nice or helpful
I was put on hold for 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment and no one was picking up after and once I went for my appointment the lady in front was very rude she didn't greet me, unlike the previous front office staff who no longer work there. On the other hand Marisol was GREAT she was very friendly and helpful!!
We love our Dr, but the office rarely answers the phone. I’ve had to drive across town to the office three separate occasions to make a later appointment. Please hire more office staff to carry this large of a practice. Extremely frustrating.
Our Dr joined the practice and I’ve had to call 2x recently and have waited on hold with no response for a collective total of 45 mins. I’m worried for the first visit. May have to start searching now for a new practice!
Our boys have been patients of Dr Jameson and Dr Young for 7 years. During that time, both Dr’s have helped us navigate a variety of medical situations with our boys. When my husband and I discussed pediatricians, it was important to both of us that our boys have male physicians that they can grown up visiting and establishing a relationship with. Both have done a fantastic job getting to know our boys and treating them with respect. We have recommended both drs to our friends and family. The new facility is clean and nice! ... read more
