I loved this place, first time there and they made me feel welcomed, and actually concerned about what was going on, when I needed surgery on my apendix they scheduled me right in, good job clovis community 5 stars for you!! �����
As far as getting helped, I was glad the waiting room was nearly empty so I was taken for evaluation pretty quickly. Tests followed in same sequence. I was given pain medication and was soon out of my misery. I probably saw a good 15 different people during my days there. Only one wasn't professional because when my nurse tried to introduce her, she just ignored me and talked to him like I wasn't there. It's the best a Hospital that we have in Fresno Clovis California USA. All the people are so nice and give the best they can to all Patients.
Yesterday I went in for pain from a herniated disc and the staff was fast and empathetic. The nurse even gave me a leg massage. I really appreciate the urgency of care they gave me. I didn't feel rushed out.
The care and customer service is excellent! From ER staff to the lab services and certainly the nursing care was exceptional. Gabe the FNP that treated me in ER was fantastic. Thank you all for making a very scary experience less scary with your compassion and dedication to me and all those you serve. You are all appreciated more than you know.
I went in for outpatient surgery and was well taken care of. I met my nurse, anesthesiologist, and my doctor all before my surgery. They explained each of their procedures or processes for care and I appreciated it. Special thanks to Dr. Cunningham for my surgery & speedy recovery!! Clovis Community Hospital is my only choice in the valley!
All I have to say is I really like Clovis Community
They took very good care of my wife and daughter. Thank you guys for a great experience
