Outstanding hospital and staff. I've been on both sides--as a patient and husband of the patient--and was extremely impressed with every aspect from check-in, pre-op, surgery, recovery and even The Grove Cafe. The staff is service-focused and their dedication is genuine and authentic. Impressive! This is the model of what a medical center should be and others should emulate.

My son had surgery at the outpatient center. Everyone was so nice. It was so smoothly & eficiently ran. Fantastic. A++.
My experience with Clovis Community Medical Center was wonderful! I had great customer service with the registration staff. The short stay nurses were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about my son's care! The Physical Therapist (Ribby) took her time teaching my son how to use crutches and do his post op exercises. Anesthesiologist was kind and he took his time explaining the anaesthetic process to my son. Everyone from my nurses, surgical staff and my Dr. Michael Illingworth were amazing yesterday for my surgery. We are very pleased with my over all care and services I received. They made everything run smoothly. They kept my husband well informed on every step from start to finish.
This is a horrible hospital! You wash your hands of people with mental illness. I will be a part of whatever legal means to bring your hospital down. Your staff is incompetent, your security is a sad excuse for police who couldn't cut it and your doctors are bottom. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. The list of people you let go from the hospital who were having severe mental issues (manic episodes, psychosis and more) and their caretakers all connecting through the stories that have been popping up about your hospit... read more
The staff is extremely rude and most were condescending to my daughter. None of the doctors wanted to deal with her due to the fact that her panic attack was psych related. It is pathetic they cant handle themselves in a more professional manner. We will NEVER set foot there again. If you need to b seen for any psych related reasons i would highly suggest a different hospital anywhere but Clovis Comm.
