Horrible customer service, attitude galore. Disgusting receptionist.
I’ve had my blood drawn many times in my life and never had any issues, except with the lady in the lab. She has drawn my blood twice, and both times the experience was painful and completely unnecessary. She inserted the needle too low, was extremely rough, and moved the needle aggressively while it was inside my arm (I have super good veins and never had any issues finding them). I went in today a they attended me with great professionalism. Props to Dr. Paradela and his team. The nurse that attended me went above and beyond and provided me with a slip which confirmed my visit (my job was supposed to provide me with a forum to show them but they took care of it even though they didn’t have to). They went above and beyond for me. Incredible service and incredible professionals. 100% recommend.
