When you spend 24 hours in an ER room with your spouse and are assured that nothing will happen until a social worker arrives. So you head to the coffee shop and when you return 20 minutes later you get told he's been moved, no location will be given, no visitors. NO EXPLANATION! How could you do that to a person? My son is currently in the nicu everyone has been great up until today we felt as if the nurses were being rude wich is fine but keep ur tudes to urself we as parents go thru enough in this situation to deal with that negativity while seeing our baby if it continues i will complain n id rather them not b around but other than today i hv no other complaints.....all other nurses hv been awesome KATHLEEN u are the greatest n we hope u can care for our son u made us feel comfortable n ur words are always encouraging.
You all have a very professional staff, you make us feel very well come and not a number. The doctor that I see takes his time and see that I'm doing everything in my power to keep my lungs clear. We work as a team to improve my health, as much as possible. All I have to say is thank you
