My friend was in a bad car accident and broke her jaw they have her waiting in the lobby for surgery no blanket no pillow nothing and she’s been in there 18hours this is the worst hospital ever she can hardly talk and they don’t even let atleast one family member is there with her to speak on her behalf or be there for emotional support since she’s in severe pain for breaking her jaw. I called for an advise from a doctor but instead the staff over the counter had pick it up. The advise was for my younger brother who he is non verbal and plus he have a lot of underline issue. Instead of doctor advise, the people or medical asst. over the counter was giving us advise that they don't make decision. I am not sure what is really going on but they should allow us to make an appt. for COVID 19 advisee. Not sure that the staff are doing on purpose because this is a huge problem.
