My friend was in a bad car accident and broke her jaw they have her waiting in the lobby for surgery no blanket no pillow nothing and she’s been in there 18hours this is the worst hospital ever she can hardly talk and they don’t even let atleast one family member is there with her to speak on her behalf or be there for emotional support since she’s in severe pain for breaking her jaw.
