Two of my Mother's doctors informed us "if they don't get her out of the bed, it will kill her" It did. The fact that she waited 13 hours, in the ER with pneumonia, to be admitted was the first sign. It only went downhill from there. The nursing staff has way too many patients to properly care for them. My Mother was offered meds that had been DC'd, had phlebotomists attempt to draw blood from her (they not only had the wrong patient, they had the wrong floor), doctors orders were not followed, her meal tray was left across ... read more

My father called an ambulance and spent 45 mins in a room without anyone checking in on him! It took an hr and a half for any relief/help! When I asked for help i was told they would call security if I continued to request help for my 76 yr old father who was in severe pain! The Dr turned up finally and was very nice but the experience was a nightmare! I was also here a few weeks ago for an injury and that Dr was rude and not helpful at all! I am beyond disgusted with this place!

Worst hospital i have ever went to I got bit by my cat who has been missing for almost a month and isnt up to date on shots and bit my finger to the bone and i was in the room waiting for 4 hrs. All they did was gave me a tetanus shot. They didnt clean it or even look at it. I had to leave. I had my 2 daughters with me. I got there at 915pm and i told them at 12am im leaving and the nurse argued with me. My finger is so swollen that i cant even move it and it looks like some tissue is coming out the side. Never again will I go/or bring someone to the ER department. Worse hospital that I've had to experience! I bring my husband in for symptoms of Vertigo and although Triage was quick, the wait time inside the room was ridiculous! After the nurse took blood and did an EKG on my husband, we sat and waited, only for 5 hours later we had to yell at a nurse to give something to my husband for the severe dizziness. I previously wrote this review however I no longer see it on here.... I'm now re posting since my mother was discharged today... when I first complained the higher ups responded quickly however all that was forgotten and things were unchanged.... They decided my mother should be discharged after refusing an intravenous medication when in fact she asked if she could take it when I got there because she was nervous as she has had previous reactions to this class of drug....her ...Continue Reading

My sister was admitted for surgery. After the surgery was complete and she was in her room the nurses removed the circulation boots and never put them back on. They also neglected to get her out of bed for over 24 hours. After three days of being home (where she was mobile) she had a pain in her leg. Her doctor ordered an ultrasound and found a blood clot. So, back to the hospital for another stay in this place. Her blood clot is a direct cause of the lack of care she received after surgery.

Came to the ER with my sister who is suffering from kidney stones. She is keeled over in pain, vomiting, and all that other stuff that comes along with stones. So you would think they would maybe give her something for the pain while we are waiting to be brought back. But they are making her wait and wait because they need to bring people in the back for the common cold and have the sniffles over people who actually need help!!! The lady at the desk in radiology is rather rude. Other than that the staffs great. Wait time for any kind of testing is ridiculous. My mom came into community with an allergic reaction, hands and face swelling and they let her sit there long enough that she could feel her throat starting to close. If I have any kind of emergency I know wi won't be coming there.

So far all is well, but I've only been here a couple of days so far. The last time I was here they saved my life ! ! !
