This place is a circus. No one apparently is on the same page. I have asked numerous times for my mother to be transported to the room that has been assigned to her for THREE hours. Uncomfortable beds...no care for whether anybody eats or not. WORST HOSPITAL I have ever seen.
THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS! Is that an option? It needs to be an option. Who lets a new mom, a newborn, and a pregnant woman sit in a hospital for 9+ hours? I get it, doctors and nurses are busy. But with barely anyone in the emergency care unit, why does it take over 4 hours for ultrasound results? My friend gets anxious and starts freakin out. SUDDENLY THE RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE. 9 plus hours in the hospital for no reason. All of us. Like I said. NO STARS.
Had my first child here worst experience ever went to soch for my second.. doctor was rude with her comments to me about my age and me being scared.. 22 hours pushin my crying and in pain saying something is wrong beggin for a ultrasound they finally do and rush me into emergency csection
Shame on them for charging $5.00 a day to visit a loved one or friend... other hospitals in the area have free parking. Recently paid $70 to visit my mother in the hospital every day for 2 weeks. It's truly disgusting!!!
The nurses are great but they are understaffed. It is a cozy, clean environment. The problems lie with the outside venders. TV People need to be re-educated..tvs dont work properly and in some patient hospitality rooms are totally broken. Vending machine people need to fix machines and do their jobs properly as machine takes your money without you getting your purchase. Otherwise I give this hsptl a 5 *****star rating.
