So far all is well, but I've only been here a couple of days so far. The last time I was here they saved my life ! ! !
ER care is similar to that in a 3rd world country. Do not bring your loved ones here. This place must be reported to the board of health.
I am grateful to the amazing physicians, nurses, and technicians from the emergency department to the 4A staff and the neuro team. Thank you all for your dedication and skills
I'm here right now ! Have been for hours. Calling nurse for ever ! Prayed what I read about this hospital were wrong but as the minutes tick by I'm realizing they probably weren't.....
After reading comments I have to say my experience today was 5*. I was a out patient for a nuclear stress test. The staff could not have been more caring and professional, especially my nurses Alicia and Amy. Kudos to both of you and thank you!!!
DO NOT GO TO Community Medical Center for anything. Our experience with them was nothing short of appalling. Our mother waited over 7 hours before having an appendectomy. The doctors were rude and inappropriate at best. They blatantly ignored one of her allergies, causing her to have a painful reaction following surgery. The doctors and staff were negligent and put her in a dangerous, harmful situation. No one will let you know what is going on, mostly since none of them have a clue. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! At 8 pm ER/hospital released a very sick 89 yr old man in pain who couldn't walk, who has very poor eyesight, who needed to use the restroom several times with no one to assist him while waiting for a cab. Over two hours went by. A kind security man helped him to the restroom, finally, and called for another cab to get him home. -- I called and left a voice message to the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION department over a week ago to discuss all, however, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION has not returned my call.
