I’ve been going to Community for 5 years for outpatient infusion cancer treatment. The infusion area needs so many updates and is so dated. I don’t enjoy not having privacy and let’s be clear the 4 rooms in the infusion center are no where near enough for the patients going there. Also when I first started going there they had a couple televisions which were then removed. hopefully with the new parking deck they actually start working and updating the hospital.
I can't begin to describe how bad this facility is. I have spent time in a number of other hospitals, but the incompetence here is unbelievable. My wife had Internal bleeding and we took her there. She was moved from the emergency room to a floor and not seen by any doctor all that day. The following day a doctor came in and said they were going to do a CT scan. I can’t believe a hospital would refuse soap,water, towels etc. or change sheets if you are there a week needless to say what ever happened to people fixing your bed at night. This place should not be allowed to have patients. Anyone that refuses soap and water should be ashamed!!!!!
All your employees are very nice and compassionate and have absolutely no issues with them accept one that really needs attention!!! Your valet service for the most part is ok at least the employees however there Boss who’s in charge should be fired he’s a very nasty and not a nice person if i didn’t have my doctors here and therapy here and because of his terrible attitude I would have never came here he acts like he’s doing you a favor I haven’t seen him smile once in over a month just not a good person gor that job
My daughter have done a surgery at this hospital, nurses really nice and kind thanks to everyone really happy.
