The Community Center here in Tom's River took good care of my mom when she needed it. Dr. Bellis, Dr. Delmaestro, Shannon, Oscar, Sabrina and the whole team did a really great job
I want to start this off by saying how amazing the nurses, and technical staff were during my visit. The triage process and everyone was so lovely, and I got in early enough that I didn't have a long wait in the slightest. Once I was in the ER room, I had a resident come in and asked me to explain my symptoms. As I'm explaining to him, I tell him I'm also taking a compounded GLP-1. Every single time I come here I’m waiting HOURS and I’m regretful I didn’t go to a different hospital. There’s no reason to wait in the ER for 5+ hours just to get my newborns sodium levels.
My daughter 20yrs old has autism and was having mental health crisis the police were called and they were extremely nice to myself and my daughter. They took her to community hospital while getting checked into crisis unit she was suicidal and over stimulated and so she was upset well they started telling her stop having temper tantrum and acting like a toddler which was totally wrong to say to autistic suicidal person. The care and loving knowledgeable attention I received by the emergency department staff was exceptional at Community Medical Center. I cannot give enough praise and love back to the nurses physicians and patient care techs. I am naming especially these staff members. On duty 10-8-2026 and 10-8-202026. Oscar patient care tech.
