The staff are very friendly, nice, professional and has a comforting and pleasant disposition.
My medical treatment from Dr. Parshad, and the nurses and staff is excellent. It is beyond compare. Also wonderful is the staff who greet us in person to check us in and out, and make appointments in person for us when we are there. What is not wonderful is trying to negotiate a series of phone trees, different phone numbers and no answers to those calls. Melissa was great, she listened and made suggestions for what I can do to improve quality of life
I feel well taken care of , communication is excellent. Overall excellent staff ! I put my life on the line and in their hands and i trust my team , Doctor Sonnenburg and Dr. Elizabeth Navarro and all at Community North cancer Center.
