Their management at Woodside Village II says something to be desired. Residents emailed and called about tree branches hanging too close to cars for up to a yr. A branch hit my car in June, I submitted a bill, their board representative Val said they would pay half the bill, they never did. They also need to update their rules(ie: one car or two per apt), people are abusing the parking by selling cars and most of them don't run. Just all around bad experiences with the HOA fees rising every year. From passive aggressive hand written notes, to fees for everything. Live somewhere else if you can.
Slum lords. Unorganized staff. Lost my rent check. Terrible management company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
JaCinda was a great help to me getting a permit from the HOA. I was impressed by her professionalism, her friendliness and especially her efficiency. It is a rare quality today.
