Just all around bad experiences with the HOA fees rising every year. From passive aggressive hand written notes, to fees for everything. Live somewhere else if you can.
Slum lords. Unorganized staff. Lost my rent check. Terrible management company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
JaCinda was a great help to me getting a permit from the HOA. I was impressed by her professionalism, her friendliness and especially her efficiency. It is a rare quality today.
