This company is an absolute scam. The manager, Raul, consistently lies about how often the community is maintained and cleaned. This company consistently takes our money and refuses to provide the contracted services. I would not recommend this management company to anyone. Id give them less stars if I could.
Woodside Village II As with all HOAs I understand that not everyone can happy, but to say I’ve been harassed by these people is an understatement. From the second I moved in 9/3/2025 I have been reported to the HOA for so many endless unfounded things it’s truly unbelievable. CMS does not investigate nor do they require any evidence be provided with the complaints.
