I don't think I should be even giving them one star. No one likes an HOA but the staff should AT LEAST have good customer service. Very rude, and passive aggressive. The only thing they are timely at is collecting money. If you ever want anything from them be prepared to get no response.
Unresponsive, unwilling, and unable to provide basic customer service for neighborhoods they service. Staff seemed at a loss when I requested documentation necessary to make basic upgrades to our landscaping.
