unkind and unhelpful
Absolutely terrible. If you are HoA run away from this company. I can provide names, for decency I’m not sharing them, not sure what words to say to politely call out their terrible service.
Avoid Leeann like the plague. She is a very despicable woman who won't help you and wants nothing more than to get every last cent from you. She still hold's a grudge towards me because of an incident with uHaul where they were 1000% at fault for braking the electronic gate. She ended up charging us thousands of dollars to "fix" the gate even after they recieved a full payment from uHaul. If she doesn't like you she will just refuse to help you if you call her with issues.
I have dealt with many HOA companies in my life. This one by far is the worst. I won't even go through the details here on why I'm giving 1 star, but Im just wondering with so many people giving 1 star here why still these people are getting the business!
I live in this community for 30 years. I ‘ve never received a bill for emergency assessment until last year summer. Then HOA requested each unit owner to pay $4700 one time payment to fix six units porches. As I said above I’ve been living here for 30 years and never needed to pay any money besides HOA monthly fee. Therefore, I overlooked the mails from HOA for a few months until I found a late fee bill.
