I have dealt with many HOA companies in my life. This one by far is the worst. I won't even go through the details here on why I'm giving 1 star, but Im just wondering with so many people giving 1 star here why still these people are getting the business!
I live in this community for 30 years. I ‘ve never received a bill for emergency assessment until last year summer. Then HOA requested each unit owner to pay $4700 one time payment to fix six units porches. As I said above I’ve been living here for 30 years and never needed to pay any money besides HOA monthly fee. Therefore, I overlooked the mails from HOA for a few months until I found a late fee bill. The worse management company one would imagine. The woman LeeAnn was extremely rude. She started yelling at me when I was trying to explain to her the support I need and hung up the phone abruptly. What a shame for someone without even proper manner to be in a service company.
They allowed trespassing to happen within the property, and did nothing to address it. What kind of management is that?Unacceptable. I don’t feel safe living at the property they manage.
The telephone line is always busy, you cannot find them. The service is very very bad.
