Kim and her staff have always been great and works well with all the homeowners. Always there if I need anything. Have worked on the board with her for a few years a while back and always looked out for the neighborhood.

Update 2023. The Mismanagement Continues. You would think they would learn from all their past mistakes; instead, they continue. Watch out for this one! If you speak your mind and point out flaws, they will sic their lawyers (the ones who also have poor reviews) on ya! They will not admit to their mismanagement and will use political tactics for revenge. Our pool was peeling and turning green, see pic, and Pasco Health Department threatened to shut it down. Kim and her team take great care of their clients. Putting their needs and objectives at the top of mind. Their attention to detail to make sure the properties they maintain are in order is top notch. Highly recommend!
I have no idea how they can call there business Community Management. They have no Management skills at all and nothing positive in the Community. They are just the rudest meanest, nastiest people I've ever dealt with. Do not do any business with Community Management, these people are all crooks!! I have no idea how they are still in business, they should be shut down right away!! Don't believe all there 5 star reviews from all there friends and family, they don't even deserve 1 star!!
