I would not rent from this group anymore. They do not make repairs. It’s all about locking you into a lease. My kids and I suffer when there is any type of extreme weather. I was told by Jeremy, Chris, and Rachael Hobgood that issues would be fixed back in November. The excuse is vacation and communication as usual they have even gone as far as to place blame on the homeowner saying repairs are out of their hands. This company the HOA part is garbage just garbage
Absolutely one of the worst management I have ever encountered. Some of the laziest women I’ve ever had to deal with. Bunch of trolls.
Received a fine for 50.00 however there’s dogs Al over this neighborhood cars all in the street and peoples grass are tall this is a pic of my grass and I was fined 50.00 they sent me a notice 3 days later of a late fee and it went to 100. My neighborhood should not have hoa this is a scam
