Community Management became involved in our neighborhood at the end of 2017. So far residents have nothing but complaints. Communication is slow if not outright missing. Dues are marked late when paid monthly. Infractions are handed out with little regard, site visits only occur 2 days a month so things like trash cans out on improper days get missed while residents get dinged for clearing out dead plants and replacing with live ones. If you are looking for PISS POOR MANAGEMENT, then look no further. Jefferson Hills Condominiums was with Community Management for 5 years and very rarely received the service it paid for. Here are just a few examples of the non-assistance we received. 1. Homeowner submitting email stating front door was sticking. No action was taken which led to the homeowner calling me at 7:00 a.m. one morning because the resident couldn’t exit unit. A Jefferson Hills resident had to go over and let her out. 2. Can I give less than one star? If so, i would. Horrible communication and follow up, not just with our family, but literally our entire neighborhood. These people definitely contact timely if they need your money for dues, citations, etc, but if you try to contact them for anything (even to request neighborhood newsletters), good luck. Hoping we do not have to deal (or try to deal) with them much longer.
