Horrible customer service and ownership/ management are as dishonest as they come. Will not be doing business with any of their stores in the future, and I would say that Kia Corporate is no better!

ZERO stars. Do not go to this place. I also do business at Kia sales, having recently bought a new car from here a few months ago. The experience at their service center certainly is giving me pause to return to the sales center if this is how they operate. Paid for oil change and tire rotation. I asked to witness them change the oil filter but they couldn’t get the cap off. KIA Baytown my car had this issue I took it in before the recall. The service dept could not figure out the coolant leak. My Son fixed my car. Then the recall came out. I showed all the proof needed I had the problem and had to fix it on my own. KIA customer service denied my claim after 5-6 months of waiting. I would not go here. Buyer beware.
