Profesional, friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait long and the tech walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. Did all the paperwork in the MyChart app beforehand so check in was super quick.
I've had to go twice after injuring my foot and both times the staff was amazing. The beautiful lady that does the check in is amazing and helped wheel me back to medcheck in the freezing cold.
The staff were very kind and compassionate. Moved up one of my scans so that I could them all done together. I greatly appreciated that
Having a conversation with a gentleman in waiting room. Yes talking about world events and politics. Was told by receptionist we couldn't talk "politics " really. I went for a medical test. Maybe if they don't want our 1st amendment they should post a sign. RUDE!!!
The radiology tech was amazing—professional, kind, and made the whole experience quick and comfortable.
