Do better. I absolutely love Community Network and your department has almost ruined that. Came in for a MRI on 10/15. Got CD for another physician. Somehow I've lost it from the car to the house. Called 10/16 , got hung up on or was disconnected. Called back, told the girl what had happened, no apologies for the hangup and had an attitude. Staff was very polite and the building was very clean.
From reception to imaging, my experience was great! Elicha was amazing. She was thorough. She kept me calm and positive. We laughed all through the process. Thank you Community Imaging East.
