If I could give zero stars I would. Staff made me feel extremely unimportant and unheard. I came in on ambulance, keeping nothing down at all, I’m also prediabetic so not only was I dehydrated, I was extremely thirsty. They would not listen to me and also allowed me to sit in shit for 45 minutes without allowing me to clean up. Was not seated in a room. Had to wait 3 hours just to get seated in hallway on a bed. Police security were loud and obnoxious and loudly cussing during their conversation with no respect for people sitting in lobby. The nurses were kind and friendly, but not one doctor stopped to see me or check on my hand that was needing stitches.

Not advertising you are a mental health crisis center and having a manic patient wait seven and half hours and not be seen by your psychiatrist. When you call the number they tell you to bring them to the ER and they will be treated. It would be helpful to know that it will not happen in a timely manner. Parents are coming for help as a last resort for their child and get no help at all. Very highly disappointed in how our treatment went from the crisis center. Thank you for reaching out. I want to clarify my experience during this visit. I did not speak with the doctor at all at discharge, and no one asked how I was feeling before I left. I am still having significant difficulty breathing, and my symptoms have not improved. My primary care provider is with Community, but the hospital I prefer to go to is not part of Community. I was there 8hrs and the amount of time spent was too long, just to get discharged without being updated by a doctor before my release. The doctors changed shifts and the new doctor on staff never came to my room. Also, I left feeling the exact same way I came in thousands of dollars later. My symptoms were still present when discharged. I use to love Community North but the last few times I have been seen there the level of care has decreased tremendously.
