The staff was very pleasant, professional and genuinely cared about my child’s health and well being. The assigned nurse was amazing and the triage tech and nurse superb! I also want to add, we waited 2 hours to be seen; however, I did appreciate the text message informing “20 min- 1 hr 45 min wait”. Once roomed at 450 pm, the clinician PA Wold came in pretty quickly and completed a full, thorough assessment. We were discharged at 6pm, which I was appreciative. Your ER is more of an immediate care. It was crowded and dirty. Staff wasn't super helpful. The ER wasn't being triaged by medical need. I left when I saw the lady in a neck brace from an accident leave to go to another ER. I ended up going to Hancock Health and was treated immediately. My diagnosis was kidney stones. I was in severe pain and vomiting in your waiting room and told the wait would be over 2 hours. I'm so happy I left Community North ER and went somewhere that treated based on severity of symptoms. Llegue con mi niño de solo 4 meses con la temperatura muy alta fiebre y estuve mas de 4 horas en que atendieran la verdad no vale la pena venir aqui vas y preguntas olo te dicen que tienes que esperar

The staff were all very compassionate. Not surprisingly, everyone from the lady who checked me in to the lady who transported me showed a high level of care. I also appreciate that I didn't have to wait as long as I have at other facilities. I had a good experience despite my circumstances.
