Have little been here since 1936 and it is 2221. This is my 4th time here in this ER. Extremely disappointing seeing people with emergency needs and in wheelchair. Having to leave after waiting 3 hours or more just to be even seen or taken back. I waited more than 30mins for check in vitals. I understand many medical facilities have staffing shortage and can be busy. But this is worse than a clinic walk in. Even a dude bleeding left to another hospital because of the lack of communication and extremely long wait.
Nurse called dcs on me when my child did not meet the mandated requirements for a call. Every nurse I spoke to and the place my son went to was livid for that call to be made. My son was in a mental health crisis.
My husband has a stoke after one day he was sent home! They told him there was nothing they could do for him! These people don’t care if you live or die!
I sat there choking I told the nurses I couldn’t breath they still decided to have me wait until 6-7 other people came knowing if somebody is choking or can’t breath they need to go back immediately HORRIBLE JOB community every nurse there should be fired ‼️
Everyone there was very friendly and always checked to see if I was alright.
