The nursing staff (Ashley and Janette) attended to all my needs, were friendly, and kept me very comfortable. Dr, Burton did a top-notch job, He explained everything he was going to do and kept me informed as the procedure progressed.

My mother was admitted with pneumonia. She has dementia. She has scheduled pain medication every six hours. She was never given any pain medication her entire stay she was never bathed her external catheter was disconnected, but never removed from her so when I was told to get her dressed to be released, I had to take the external catheter from between her legs, and when I did, it was full of BM.Her nightgown was soiled. Your physicians need to learn to listen to their patients. They may have education and experience but they don’t know me or my body. Instead of listening, they judge and don’t give proper care. I left AMA because Dr Bakdash thought I was a drug addict and instead of treating me for the pain I was having from my kidneys he assumed I only wanted drugs and wouldn’t treat my pain with something that would work for my body.
