I no longer go to Community after I was charged $300 for a 3 minute video call in which the Doctor said "Yep the doctor that referred you to us was correct, lets schedule your procedure." I tried to get this remedied and was given no help. Their pricing is absolutely predatory (Community was even flagged in a federal pricing warning regarding pricing transparency).

My insurance company cancelled my mri at the last minute. I explained this to the Community billing department, they told me I could self pay at a reduced rate and gave me a quote of $2800. After the mri, Community billed me more than $5000 for the procedure. When I called to get this corrected, I was told by Community billing that people with insurance couldn't get the self pay rate. Don't listen to the Community billing department, they don't know what they are talking about and will give you conflicting information.
