The WORST ER experience! The staff is rude, they have no compassion for the patient, and don't like it when questions are asked. From what I can see, most of the nurses are here for a paycheck and not for the love of the job. Even the charge nurse had a POOR attitude!! SIX AND A HALF HOURS in the ER and we know the exact same thing as when we walked through the door. First time (not by choice) here and it will definitely be the last!!!!
Every one of the staff that we dealt with was efficient and friendly.
Doctors, nurses and all staff are focused on helping the patient, but they treat family members with respect and courtesy. My 96 year old mother-in-law was very happy with all aspects of her treatment and raved about the treatment she recieved.
For those of you that are hatin on community!!! Try going to northlake or Southlake Methodist hospital there's no comparison !
I have never had anything bad to say about this hospital until today. Brought my grand baby and they took for ever to attend her and called other people that came in after her. So sad
WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!! For a patient oran employee! Its death!!!

Fabulous hospital, even better staff! Totally comforted me while I was terrified to have surgery. Nurses and CNA's were fabulous after my surgery and were always there to help if I needed any help or anything. Thank you Community Hospital for putting me at ease!!
