Regularly double bills you. Last 2 office visits I payed the full amount yet every month they send me an invoice to pay again. After the first time they double billed me I told the girl at the front desk of my Doctors office about it. She called it surprise billing and was aware of it. They even offer a protection plan that covers the way they double bill you. 2 different Doctors both affiliated with Community Hospital. Went to see Dr. Murray. Nice doctor and the girls out front were also nice. Billing department is horrible. I payed my bill for the office visit that day. When I got the inflated lab bill I also payed it that day. Over a month later Dr. Murrays billing department sent me another bill wanting more money for the office visit. Over $200 more. I called and the girl just simple said I owed it. Told her multiple times it has been paid in full. My father spent his last days in Community Hospital and my family's experience was beyond terrible. He died alone without his kids there. My brother, daughter and I drove up from Denver Metro Area to spend time with dad during his transition. We arrived at about 7 p.m. on a Friday. After Covid-screening, we were given visitor tags and were told that dad is in end-of-life care and so visiting hours didn't apply. Way too much turn over in multiple departments. CEO Mr. Thomas is destroying what used to be a good place. the good nurses, staff and doctors are leaving.
